How is information about the individual protected?

All observation data is securely processed by the SurveyGold application. Data is encrypted as it is submitted via web survey form and as it comes to rest in the SurveyGold online services and in the SurveyGold application. The SurveyGold solution has not been certified as HIIPA compliant. However, the simple work-around to this is to avoid including any personal identifying information (e.g., individual's full name) when creating a survey instead opting for a suitable moniker such as a first name only, acronym or your own identifier (e.g., Individual 1, Individual 2, etc.).

The Behavior Analysis Edition subscription service can be purchased and renewed annually per user. A user is person that installs a SurveyGold application on their workstation computer and then uses it to define surveys, conduct surveys, collect responses and create reports from the collected survey responses.

Note: The term "user" refers to the person using the SurveyGold application.
A user can install the application on one computer and can use it to observe and monitor any number of individuals.

In contrast, a "user" does not refer to an individual whose behavior is being monitored.
SurveyGold does not charge on the basis of the numbers of individuals whose behavior is being monitored, making SurveyGold a cost-effective solution.

Does the Purchase of Behavior Analysis Edition include other SurveyGold Products and Services?

Behavior Analysis Edition is an add-on subscription service for an existing SurveyGold application user. The purchase price for Behavior Analysis Edition does not include other SurveyGold subscriptions.
