Often the best way to conduct a survey is to interview a respondent in-person. SurveyGold makes it easy to interview respondents over-the-phone or in-person. It provides the ability for a surveyor to conduct the survey and collect responses directly into the SurveyGold application for viewing, reporting and analysis. This can be done while the computer is offline because it leverages the application's built-in database that resides on the computer.
How It Works
The workflow for creating and conducting an in-person survey is very straightforward:
- Setup your survey
- Contact the respondent directly or over-the-phone
- Collect responses and capture any notes/comments for each response
- Perform analysis and reporting
