How To Purchase a Subscription

To purchase a Standard or Premium subscription as an individual SurveyGold application user:
  1. Install SurveyGold on your computer (or on the computer of the person form whom you are buying it). This activates the free Basic subscription.
    ​
  2. To purchase a Standard or Premium subscription, there is no new software to install. Simply select the About button in your SurveyGold application and perform the Upgrade Subscription action and complete the online order form.

    Note: If you prefer to purchase via purchase order or company check, follow these instructions.​

  3. You receive a receipt and confirmation email. Your subscription is activated for the duration purchased (e.g., one month or one year).

Note: Two weeks prior to your paid subscription expiration date, you will receive an email notification allowing you to confirm or cancel your renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. 
To purchase an Ultimate subscription for two or more SurveyGold applications users in the same organization:
Select the appropriate button depending upon your context.

About Subscriptions

The SurveyGold solution includes the SurveyGold application and online services. The solution is available in four subscription service levels:

  • Basic Subscription
    This free subscription level is available at no cost and provides essential features.

  • Standard, Premium or Ultimate Subscription
    These paid subscription levels are available on a monthly or annual basis. These levels enable additional application features and online services that vary by subscription level.

Upgrade to a paid subscription to enable additional features when you need them. When a paid subscription expires, the features revert to the Basic level.
